On your inspection we will mention anything that we believe could be mold (testing available to confirm) that appears to be an issue. It is important that any mold issues be detected early in order to have them dealt with by a remidation company. Not all mold is toxic but mold growth in the house is considered inappropraite and should be corrected. Mold has the potential to impact human health, air quality and the integrity of the house.
We cannot confirm the presence of any hidden mold on our visual inspection.
Additional services are available (for a fee) to test the air quality, and confirm the presence of mold in the house.
